The address is 41 Union Square West, Suite 724, New York, NY 10003. The building is located near the northwest corner of Union Square Park in Manhattan. 

Payment

Cash, check, and credit card are acceptable forms of payment.

Billing & Invoices

You will be expected to pay at the time of each session.  A complete invoice and billing statement can be emailed to you at the end of each month. You can request an invoice any time you need one.

Cancellation Policy

It is understandable that everyone will need to cancel sometime.  Please provide as much notice as possible so that the appointment can be given to someone else.  You will be billed for the session if you provide less than 24 hours notice.  This includes missed sessions.

Insurance

Dr. Manetti-Cusa is an out-of-network provider. Many insurance companies cover 50-80% of a provider’s fee, once your deductible is met. This means sessions may be covered partially or fully by your health insurance. The amount covered by your provider will vary based on your plan. You will be provided with a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
